1. Returns

We accept returns within 7–14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
    •    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    •    It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
    •    Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
    1.    Contact us at our email/phone number with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.
    3.    You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
    •    We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
    •    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/item. For an exchange, please contact us with your order number and details.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
    1.    Check your bank account again.
    2.    Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
